My Dad is a veterinarian, and owns his practice. He has asked me to find out how to use ezyVet to track the KPI's of his veterinary staff.
As is every veterinarian, he's super busy and unable to generate this report, so has asked me to help.
He's looking for a report to show how much revenue each vet generated that week, how many spays, neuters, surgeries, etc., they performed.
I'm unable to get a hold of him to determine the exact KPI's he'd like to track, and am hoping some of you can share a few that may be beneficial to him, and I'll do my best to add them into the weekly report.
